Alien Romulus: Podcast Review with 241 Studios

After doing deep dive podcasts of Alien and Aliens with the guys at 241 Studios, and completing structural breakdowns of each, Donavon, Daniel and I went to see the latest addition to the Alien franchise: Alien Romulus.

Afterward the guys invited me to be a guest on one of their short, more regular review podcasts of the movie, and I was happy to join them. In addition, to discussing the movie itself, we also discussed the balance that studios must keep between servicing fan nostalgia for franchises while at the same time offering them new stories and storylines that are compelling and original.
